Scott Milnes

Qualified from Bristol University in 1991.

Scott worked in Devon for two years before returning to Somerset to work exclusively in Equine practice. Scott is one of the directors of B&W Equine Group and set up the Failand Clinic.

In 1998 Scott was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Equine Practice (Cert EP) and has been RCVS Chief Examiner in this subject.

Scott is part of the Veterinary team Salisbury, Chepstow, Bath and Wincanton Racecourses, is a FEI treating Veterinary Surgeon and was a treating and team vet at the 2012 Olympic Games.

Scott’s areas of special professional interest include lameness investigations particularly in the competition horse and Stud Medicine.

Outside work Scott can usually be found at the side of a football pitch cheering on his children and or at a three day event cheering on his wife.
