Chris Graduated in 1983 from Liverpool University .

He was responsible for the early development of the stud and reproduction department at B&W.

Chris was instrumental in the development of AI in the UK and worked on the BEVA AI sub committee and with DEFRA in that respect. Until recently, he has been a DEFRA examiner for lay inseminators following the deregulation of AI.

He was a member of the scientific programme organising committee for BEVA congress 2010.

His clinical caseload is largely stud orientated with responsibility for a mix of competition horse and TB clients. He is a retained vet for one of the largest TB producers worldwide.
